The Pen to Pixel Difference
It’s true, we do work a little differently, but there’s not much you have to do to adjust to us —
For a start, we don’t work out of an office. Everything happens in (wifi-enabled) coffeeshops, studio apartments, and co-working spaces in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and around the world. That’s not to say you’ll be working with caffeine-addled hippies whose work ethic you can’t grasp.
Quite the contrary.
Since we work on a rolling project-by-project basis, we commit only to a comfortable level of work, so that whatever we do is given the right amount of attention to really shine.
Our team is close-knit, but not in the geographical sense. The culture of teamwork and effective team management means we’re putting to practice what we promise our clients: bullet-proof communications, all the time.
We don’t do project managers, creative directors, or executives. We speak a different language: there are those who write, design, code, photograph. There are those who do several at the same time. Everyone does their thing, or things, exceedingly well.
We don’t have a team of designers sitting in front of their computers from 9 am to 5 pm in a physical space, because everyone is at their creative best at different hours, and in different places. Our people are in Dubai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, São Paulo, Melbourne, and everywhere else.
Flouting conventional arrangement of ‘teams’ and ‘agencies’ lets us work at the frenetic, yet measured, pace that we love. Each project, each organisation, is assigned to a specific creative partner or lead that we feel best fits your goals. It works out for all of us: you get the freshest perspectives, and we get to work on an ever-growing variety of stuff.
You could think of us as a comms team for hire. By the project. Or by the hour. Many companies already do.
